Deep Ecology

DEEP ECOLOGY | Reconnecting to our inner and outer landscapes, communities and rewilding our actions.

A week-end workshop of the Work that Reconnects in Krumbecker Hof (Lübeck)

Do you feel a growing disconnect from the Earth and a longing to rekindle that vital spark?

Are you looking for ways to [re]connect more deeply to nature (your own nature and the one that surrounds us)?

Join us for a transformative 3-day Work That Reconnects (WTR) workshop nestled in the heart of Krumbecker Hof. This immersive experience will guide you on a journey of rediscovering your belonging within the web of life.

Through a series of embodied exercises and introspective moments, we'll delve into the mysteries of nature and explore our place within it. You'll:

  • Reclaim your senses: Notice the subtle whispers of the wind, the vibrant dance of colors in the leaves, and the grounding rhythm of the earth beneath your feet.

  • Reconnect with your body: Move with intention, reconnect to your primal instincts, and rediscover the joy of embodied presence.

  • Unearth forgotten stories: Explore the ancient wisdom embedded in the land and ancestral connections that bind us all.

  • Cultivate compassion: Foster a deeper understanding of yourself and the natural world, sparking a sense of care and responsibility for all living beings.

  • Rewild your actions: Anchoring our motivation to act in the service of life on Earth, our activism, in the sense of interbeing with the more than human world. “We are not defending nature, we are nature defending itself.

  • Explore Joanna Macy's groundbreaking framework: learning tools to navigate despair and cultivate hope for a thriving future

This workshop is for anyone seeking:

  • A deeper connection with nature

  • A renewed sense of purpose and belonging

  • Tools for fostering ecological awareness and action

  • A supportive community of like-minded individuals
